Hello! My name is Carlos Monroe Sr., I’ve been an active part of the trucking industry since 2013.  I have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of being a OTR driver, Owner-Operator, business owner and philanthropist.  My journeys have allowed me to travel all 50 states in all seasons, which adds valuable experiences when it comes to supporting you. I am very passionate about trucking and helping others.  I really love local routes and creating lanes. I also love helping others understand the basic skills to pay the bills. And for me, if it doesn’t make money, it doesn’t make sense!

 

During my many years of experience, came many breakdowns and challenges requiring knowledge and expertise to maneuver through on a daily basis.  During those times, I accumulated a significant amount of information on mechanics, parking locations, traveling nationally, you name it.  Now I look back at those as great lessons learned that I can now proactively share with others.  This is why my wife and I, created Monroe Solutions LLC.  Assisting truck drivers by sharing our knowledge and experience gives you a front row seat into the industry.
